Goodbye 2017, Hello 2018

This past year has been filled with so many wonderful adventures. As I think back I am especially proud of the steps I took to being healthier, not only in body but also in mind. It’s not always easy and every day is a new challenge. I’ve learned nobody is perfect, you are going to fail but the important thing is to try again. Failure only wins when you give up. As long as every day you get up and make a commitment to try your best then you are accomplishing everything.

In 2017 I made strides in weight loss and confidence gain. I am so happy about everything I was able to accomplish.

For 2018 I will continue to work at improving my health. Making decisions that reflect how I want to feel and working at accomplishing all my goals. So cheers to 2018! May we all be healthier, wealthier and wiser in this New Year ✨
