I love doing things, having my calendar full, a plan for everyday. Being so involved in so many things it’s easy to forget to take a break every once in a while.
Sometimes I honestly don’t even know how tired I am, until a plan falls thru and I have to stop. When I do stop I finally realize my exhaustion level. I totally see how Celebs can go into the hospital for exhaustion because you don’t even realize it’s happening.
Rest is so important only for your body but also you mind. You can’t help others if you don’t help yourself first. This weekend plans fell thru so guess what? It’s a weekend of rest for me.
I can’t tell you the last time where I had literally no plans. A whole weekend to do whatever I wanted, or not. I am so excited for some much needed R&R.
This weekend may not have any set plans but I do have plans to get reorganized, clean up the house, do some laundry, plan out some blog posts for the last half of the #31daysofblogging and to binge some low quality tv.
